Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil, Wheatgerm Oil, Jojoba Oil, French Lavender Essential Oil ; Chamomile Essential Oil
Take 5-10 drops, rub onto palm and apply on skin. Massage vigorously until oil is fully absorbed. Relax for 60 minutes. For best results, do not wash using soap or shower gel for 6-8 hours.
