Returns & Exchanges
1) Order cancellation
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. To cancel an unshipped order, call our customer support at +91-44-42024187, Monday – Saturday between 10 am to 7 pm.
2) Returns policy
aloeveda.com follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy. You can return unopened & unused products you have ordered within 14 days of the date of receipt. Used products cannot be returned.
How do I return goods?
To return unused goods please get in touch with our customer support team and they will guide you through the returns process. The process will depend on your location and the category of the goods you wish to return.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded.
3) Refund policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which AloeVeda receives returned goods. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account. The cheque will be made in favour of the “billing name” you used when placing the order. Refund amount will be net of Shipping charges for Shipped or Delivered Orders.
4) Exchanges Policy:
It is Aloe Veda’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly exchange any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

All items for exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, an exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Postage charges will not be adjusted.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Aloe Veda Online is not responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
5) Short Supply Items
Tampered packages should not be accepted from the delivery agency. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Aloeveda will investigate complaints of short supply or damages and our customer support team will guide you through the replacement process.
